LEMAX is a new mini vacuum pump which has integrated technologies developed by COVAL for better productivity, efficiency and energy savings. It has a large range of applications: PACKAGING, Robotic, Plastics.
LEMAX integrates for the first time the ASC technology ASC (AIR SAVING CONTROL). It offers energy savings between 60 and 97% depending upon the applications.
• The ASC intervenes to limit the energy consumption and noise levels.
Integrated vacuum regulation: Reduced energy consumption and noise level.
• The ASC analyses the application and adapts to the air tight or porous objects to optimize the functioning and the energy consumption.

ADVANTAGES OF LEMAX:
• The compact size: It’s size and weight (130g) allows it to be mounted close to the suction pads for shorter cycle times while reducing the energy losses.
• The communication: The LEMAX offers the user the information needed at each step of it’s functioning.
• The modularity: The LEMAX adapts to the needs of the integrater and the end user. It’s available in 3 configurations: Three standard nozzle diameters (1;1.2;1;4mm) offers suction flow from 29 to 70 Nl/min (maximum vacuum 90%)
It’s possible to associate multiple modules of LEMAX into an island with single feed pressure inlet.
